All our items are handmade with great care and we hope you are delighted with your order. However If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods. Please return goods to us, in there original condition within14 days (Please email for address).
Items will be refunded providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.
Unfortunately, shipping costs and/or import duties are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs on returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we would advise customers to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
If in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us ASAP. Photographs to show any damage are really helpful for identifying what has gone wrong.
